What region and format are the DVD's?
The DVD's are Region 0 and can be played in any country. The format is NTSC.


What payment methods are available?
All transactions are processed securely online via Paypal. Options include: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and of course Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to purchase from musicPROmedia. If you want to pay by personal check or money order, please contact us for arrangements. Checks and money orders are for U.S. customers only.


How long will it take to receive a delivery after an order is placed?
All orders are processed within 24 hrs. and shipped out shortly thereafter. Delivery times vary by location and country. According to the USPS, a U.S. delivery is usually 2 - 4 business days and international delivery is usually 7 - 10 business days or possibly longer. You will receive a confirmation email on the day your order has been sent.


Do you offer refunds on purchases?
No refunds. All sales final. However, if the item(s) received are damaged during shipping, please contact us and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent free of charge. Your claim must be submitted within 24 hrs. of receiving your order.
